This review seems to be pretty well researched and covers the most important aspects I can imagine need to be covered. The English is devoid of most errors, so that the theme seems the more convincing.

While this book is definitely geared toward people who are just starting out stock trading, I felt that it often didn't give enough detailed information about the different steps needed to actually analyze and narrow down a list of stocks to invest in for someone who truly was just starting out. It gave some questionable information like making it sound as if the Dow returns 20% a year, and didn't cover any pooled investments besides mutual funds. There are some good ideas in here, but this book is probably best used in conjunction with other beginner stock trading books.I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I have always been curious about the stock market. I am not one to take risks. I voluntarily read this book and was provided with an advanced copy. I was skeptical at first. This book is so easy to understand and follow. Tons of information to get started investing. I recommend to anyone who is just starting.

The author covers the basics with plenty of appropriate warnings. So, it's like a quick overview if the reader are the one person to dive into the stock market by yourself. But by the end it also talks about having other experts doing the hard work for you. Just two or three grammar errors. It always repeats things so it's good if you want to be remembered of a determined aspect. Interesting appearance of terms...with whose you are not familiar with yet. It gives you a few examples. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I think it is a good book for beginners in stock trading. Especially when used in conjunction with other finance books one can gain a lot out of it. There were aspects that definitely needed more explaining but still were adequate on their own.I would recommend it to people who are inquisitive and want to know more about where their money is being invested. This book presents a good basic framework for those new to investing in the stock market. It is clear and easy to read, without a lot of complicated jargon. When I decided to read this book, I thought it might be one of those treatises on how to get rich quick, but, it isn't like that. It is well-thought out and offers practical guidelines. It also points out the risks and potential pitfalls of investing. Well written and practical.I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I received an ARC of this book through Hidden Gems and read it with the understanding that I would give it an honest review.Honestly, this book impressed me. It could have been filled with terms on Economics and Accounting (and Wall Street) that would make a normal person cross their eyes. I didn't find that at all. What I found was a very straightforward book that would be an absolute GREAT guide for someone who has not had any experience with the Market. There are a lot of warnings, the author doesn't make the mistake of giving guidance that is all positive without letting the reader know that, ALWAYS, there are negatives when playing with your money. He even delves into letting the experts do it for you. I was also very impressed that the writing was down to earth, so that anyone could pick this book up and understand what its trying to tell the reader without that same reader having to run to a dictionary. Overall, a valuable book for a beginner
